PATHWAYS

Now What? — Our Mission & Purpose

Now What? Pathways bridges the gap between graduation and adulthood for young adults who need more time, guidance, and support to move forward.

When school-based services end, many young adults—especially those with disabilities—lose structure and trusted supports. Families are left asking, “Now what?” Too often, the answer is uncertainty or stalled progress, not because of a lack of potential, but because post-school systems are fragmented and hard to navigate.

Pathways provides short-term, structured, non-clinical transition support that helps young adults identify strengths, build confidence, develop real-world skills, and connect to meaningful next steps. Through small cohorts, individualized guidance, and family engagement, participants gain clarity, readiness, and direction.

We are not a school, therapy program, or long-term service provider. Now What? Pathways fills a critical gap—supporting young adults after school services end and before they are ready to move forward independently.

Our purpose is simple: to help young adults move from “stuck” to “ready,” one pathway at a time.
